Everything is all Sir Garnet :-)

This picture was clicked by me very recently at the market square in the place where I live.

Do I even have to say what 'Sir Garnet Wolseley ' is? (to know who he is click on his name)

Any guesses? :-)

Comments

  1. I have a feeling, they are making a lot of money and the husband wouldn't mind it as well as long as there is beer!

Most husbands wouldn't mind at all being in that creche.
"Everything's all Sir Garnet" can be aptly said in this context.

Shruti: :-) I guess all guys will love it.

Monika: I guess how brilliant it is depends on how much they drink. heh heh :P :)

Brown phantom: Everything is indeed Sir Garnet in this situation :-) thank you :)

Tranquility speaks: I guess that is the idea :)

    Varun: yeah--clever people indeed!

Suma: yes and of course! :-)

Vinni: If a pole dance too was thrown in wouldn't it be heaven? :-)

  13. Brillant idea. Come to think of it, how come its not a big global business as there is a crying consumer need for it. Suited to each culture perhaps - Pub in the UK; maybe cricket telecast in India ?

  18. It's a win win situation. I am amazed at the number of 'wives' who have commented here saying "is this for real?" And the 'husbands' I am sure would definitely not mind if what you say about pole dancers is true :)
So everything is, indeed, all Sir Garnet :)

    ReplyDelete
  19. Ajay: It is indeed a pub--don't know why wives aren't believing! Pole dancers was my value addition to the services :) If that was true I think it would be 'Everything is Sir Sir Sir Garnet' :D :)

    Meira: THANK YOU :)

Smilie: Welcome to my blog :) True to your name indeed a great smile :)

Reflections: Even i had to google Sir Garnet but I knew where it was :) :) heh heh.

  20. G3: :)

Srivats: Beer--yes. Girls? They come there to drink as well :)

Ramesh: As a business idea it would not really work as why would a woman want to spend that money for a creche on a man? He would be perfectly happy at home if he had his beer and sports on TV :)Also she culd leave the kids behind (for free) and spend the money saves on shoes and lipsticks :)

  35. well..well...I did not know who was Sir Garnet and clicked on the link to find out who it is. Hmm.. like all(almost nearly all) males, I would not mind to spend a moment of 'peace and calm'(with due apologies) in a "Creche" when my wife goes out for shopping. Usually while she shops for clothes, I keep a 'distance' - she picks out a few, then asks my 'opinion', upon which I muster my suspended mental faculty to start giving my talk, during the time which she might have flipped a few other clothes and the one which I was talking about, would already be in the rejection list. And sometimes I wonder, how the female mind works by just giving a glance at a shop window and say this shop does not have 'the' collection. Well, if it was me, I would have gone inside and made a trip and ascertained. But, yes on a few occasions, I have eaten the cold pie. So, in essence - it is better that we spend sometime in the "creche" when the wife shops
    :-)
