  3. MS: The yellow flowers are baby daffodils! I love them too! :) First pot had coriander and second one has mint :) Handy while i am cooking--freshest fresh :)

    Small tulip plants have started showing up in my garden too --- I love this season.

    So nice to have mint and coriander handy :P

    Ritu: yes--I know about feedburners etc--but still within seconds is superquick! :) I used to have Tulsi too..I miss it now! I used to have so many plants of tulsi in pune--and I used to chew a few leaves :)same pinch on dhania and pudina :)

  8. Lovely pics!We too have ajwain, curry leaves, chillies and tulsi at home :) I will ask papa to grow coriander and mint now :P I'll love them too!

Mamta: Now look what you went and did ..boooohhoooo --i too sued to have ajwain, green chillies and tulsi in pune.I miss my old garden so much now!And to top it here i have to do everything myself and you can tell your papa..Life is just not fair!! I am now officially sulking for the rest of the day. And I am entitled to sulk :-):-)

    Asha: Garden here in UK is very different from one I had in India. Here everything is seasonal and you gotta do everything yourself.
    My dad--you will find many posts about him. My book happened because of that and I have dedicated the book to him--it was totally for him.

  16. From the photographs it does appear as if Spring is here. However from the weather outside I would say brrrr (winter continues). Nice pictures - maybe as good as mine I would say. ;)

    I am also happy in NY after more then 3months we had temperature above 15 C and its just amazing.... to get rid from those multiple layer clothes... and always running for cover...
    And its just matter of time trees will have new shoots... and it will be beutiful back again..

    Btw... If interested some of the snaps that i took during the last couple of snow falls..
