The theme for today for the May photo challenge is 'bent'. Yoga has been a part of my life since my childhood. The benefits are immense. This pose was apt for today's theme. Here I do an asana called "paschimotanasana". It's an excellent stress reliever, calms the mind, superb for the abdomen and the back.
