  3. Message received loud & clear....thank U coz we all need reminders time to time to stop & smell the flowers.

Is it my imagination or is ur new home country the reason for the wonderful thoughts which are flowly fluidly:-))

And like always, a meaningful poem which can be understood even by 'no poetry in the soul' persons like me:-).

  25. firstly that pic reminds me of the DDLJ scene in which in a similar field of flowers Shah Rukh and Kajol meeting..I just remembered when i was a kid, and we used to go the beach, i thought the winds TALKED..i felt like they whispered something in my ears..something that i still hear if i keep my mind calm and quiet..it just gives me all the positive vibes i need and uplifts my spirits..it like being surrounded by a magical garden..it feels so wonderful being ONE with nature..
    cheers

  26. Such a timely poem! I'm enjoying the daffodils in my backyard.... every time one flower pops up, I almost go "feel" it...and dream about it. I put up a picture of the first flower on my blog.

Your poem is very soothing....as I finished reading it, it calmed me down. Kudos!!!!

  27. Shantharam: Wasn't the field where Shahrukh and Kajol met full of yellow flowers? (If I remember right)I too love gardens and nature.Very right what u said.

Shachi: Thanks! Here in UK daffodils were blooming a month ago. Now they have stopped. I too really enjoyed the daffodils and have planted some in my garden.

  42. Aparna: Even I was seeing them for the first time when I moved base to UK. I was really amazed at their beauty. Just do a google image search for 'white clematis', 'poppies' and 'yellow calendulas' respectively and you'll see scores of pics.

Nandagopan: For lines scribbled just like that they're really good! I have to always work on my poetry :)
